Two New Games from Publisher of “What Remains of Edith Finch” Announced.

During today’s Indie World Showcase, publisher Annapurna, known for the hit title What Remains of Edith Finch, announced two new games: Last Stop and Hindsight.

Both games appear to continue the publisher’s specialty of crafting engaging storylines.

Last Stop is developed by Variable State, and promises to involve three storylines that are entangled with one another to tell one epic tale. While plot details are scarce, the trailer seems to suggest at least two people who have swapped identities or even their whole bodies. The developer previously released the hit mystery adventure Virginia in 2016.

Hindsight features an intriguing minimalistic art style. The trailer’s narrator talks about going back in time to witness memories before being pulled back to the present. The developer is listed as Joel McDonald.

A release date for each game was not given.
