Tailing Elden Ring for Most Sold Game of 2022, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Tops U.S. Sale Chart

Data revealed by NPD Group shows that Activision’s popular first-person shooter Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 has become the second bestselling game of 2022 right behind the popular Elden Ring game made by From Software.

Also more impressive is that it hit October’s top 20 US chart in dollar sales based on only 2 days of sales. The chart spans October 2nd – 29th and Call of Duty Moden Warfare 2 released on the 28^th of October. Also, it is tracking to be the fastest selling entry in the series and will overtake Call of Duty Vanguard lifetime sales soon.
