Toge Productions is releasing the latest installment of Coffee Talk next year, as the series heads to a new city in Coffee Talk Tokyo.

Coffee Talk Tokyo is a new installment in the beloved Coffee Talk series of visual novel games. In Coffee Talk Tokyo, players will take on the role of Barista in an all-night coffee shop in the backstreets of Tokyo. In a world where humans and fantastical creatures rub shoulders with each other, listen to their stories of love, loss, joy and sadness, all while serving up delicious drinks designed to not just quench their thirst but warm their hearts.

This installment introduces new customers, including: Kenji, the traditional kappa salaryman, striving to find meaning and a way forward after retirement; Vin, the Barista’s assistant coping with a fractured past and the daily consequences of a previous disaster; and Ayame, a happy-go-lucky but recently deceased It girl, struggling to make sense of her new (after)life.

The composer of the previous games, AJ, returns. The game also introduces sprinkle stencils, elevating your latte art, and the social media network Tomodachill to further connections with the characters.

Coffee Talk Tokyo is slated to release on the Nintendo Switch, PC (via Steam), Xbox, and the PlayStation 5 in 2025.
