Infinity Nikki just released their 1.5 livestream preview trailer, and it is jam packed with content. The actual livestream will happen later today at 19:00 UTC-7. With the pre-release launch rewards in-game as well as the five-minute trailer release, version 1.5 of the game, releasing April 28, is going to be huge.

Infinity Nikki has launched pre-release update rewards. To begin with, in-game is a new tab for Current Adventures featuring the Bubble Season First Look. Stylists have to log in to the game to claim these rewards that will unlock over the next three days. These rewards include a sneak peek into the next update as well as Diamonds for pulling. In total, the sneak peeks grant 500 diamonds by simply logging in and claiming. 

Alongside the sneak peek is A Journey to Meet the Stars. This will become available the day 1.5 launches and grants stylists 10 Energy Crystals, 10 Resonite Crystals for the standard banner, and a four-star purse named Faraway Letter. These are claimable by simply logging into the game and will be available all throughout the 1.5 update. 

The game is also granting a huge sale for Limited-Time Revelation Crystals. For $4.99, players can get 10 Limited-Time Revelation Crystals, 300 Diamonds, 10 Energy Crystals, and a three-star earring named Farewell to the Moon. Its price value is 88% cheaper than in-app purchases.

Furthermore, there are two additional bundles with similar cheaper values for stylists to buy as well. For $0.99, stylists can buy a bundle that grants two Limited-Time Revelation Crystals, 60 Diamonds, and two Energy Crystals. For $0.49, stylists can buy one Limited-Time Revelation Crystal, 30 Diamonds, and one Energy Crystal. The first bundle can be bought two times and the second bundle can be bought three times.

In total, for $6.47 (excluding tax), stylists can buy 17 Limited-Time Revelation Crystals, 510 Diamonds, 17 Energy Crystals, and Farewell to the Moon. These packs are only available up to the 1.5 update, so for anyone willing to spend money in the game, grab them fast. 

The preview trailer has revealed plenty more about what is to come. 

The biggest news is the coming of the Sea of Stars outfit. The Sea of Stars is the original and most iconic five-star outfit in the Nikki franchise. Although it is older and is not as resplendent as some of the other five-stars, it is the beginning of the franchise. It holds a great sentimental value to many Nikki fans and to see it in all its glory with Infinity Nikki is a thing of pride. 

However, the trailer also reveals two other high-quality outfits. One is a mermaid-like blue outfit that is accompanied by a darker, angelic outfit. What I’m theorizing is that the Sea of Stars will be its own limited banner with the other two being side-by-side in a different limited banner during the update such as with Version 1.0. However, it is possible one of these outfits will become a Miracle Outfit. It has been a few updates since stylists received the Silvergale Miracle Outfit. I can see this happening especially with the Sea of Stars that is an older style; it’s possible it will be a Miracle Outfit instead of a limited outfit. This makes it accessible for all players as well and requires no pulling at all to have it.

The trailer also revealed plenty of what appears to be four-star outfits, likely with new abilities or poses for the camera. 

Additionally, the trailer showed off new color schemes for previously-known five-star outfits. Infinity Nikki released Optimization News that is to come in version 1.5 which is directly linked with the preview. In this news piece, Infold Games revealed that they will be creating a better Glow Up experience and Dyes.

Four-star and Five-star outfits will unlock new color variants once they’ve been fully glowed up. Three-star outfits will not unlock new colors directly through the glow-up system but rather with the new dyeing feature. It’s a huge update as stylists have complained about repetitive color schemes with outfits, especially limited-pieces. Furthermore, the previous iterations of the Nikki Franchise also included a dyeing feature, so this was a well-deserved update to the game. 

Alongside the limited outfits, the Heartfelt Gifts that were given in the past updates are all coming back for Version 1.5. For any stylists who missed these free outfits, this is a great opportunity to get all the outfits they missed. There will be three rounds of Heartfelt Gifts for a limited time period to ensure all stylists have a second-chance at getting free outfits they missed. 

Besides clothing updates, Infold Games also revealed a new co-op mode for the game. Though it does not expand too much on what this mode will include or is limited to, it does grant the game new dimensions in playability for a lot of stylists.
