Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. announced via Twitter today that an Animal Crossing: New Horizons collection will be debuting soon at their stores. No exact release date was given, but customers in the US and the UK are invited to sign up for free text and email updates for more information.

This is not the first licensed promotion Build-A-Bear has had. While typically focusing on stuffed bears and other animals, in recent years the toy company has allowed customers to customize and purchase stuffed dolls of various Disney, Marvel, and even Pokémon characters.

Animal Crossing as well has been joining with other companies for promotion. In February, Nintendo announced on Youtube that Animal Crossing: New Horizons will be getting exclusive content from Sanrio, the company best known for creating Hello Kitty.

As New Horizons has well over 400 villagers that can inhabit your island paradise, it is anyone’s guess just which characters and how many will be available at Build-A-Bear. Which villagers would you most like to take home a stuffed version of? Let us know in the comments below!
