In a special announcement at Gamescom 2025, Team Cherry has finally confirmed that Hollow Knight: Silksong will release September 4th! If you check your calendar, that is in two short weeks. We’ve gone from a seven year wait to a 14 day release date countdown.
Hollow Knight: Silksong has been available to demo at the Gamescom show floor at both the Nintendo and Xbox booth.
As a reminder, this title will release on all modern platforms: PC (Steam, GOG, Humble Bundle), Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, Xbox, PlayStation 4, and 5. This game will be available on Game Pass as well.
