In the opening night of Gamescom, we got a new trailer of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge with a surprise announcement of a new playable character: April O’ Neil! Gameplay was shown through the trailer as well as the reveal of new team attacks, combos, and using pizza to revive your character. April O’Neil has been one of the highly requested characters to join the fray with her turtle friends for quite sometime, and it looks like that wish is now granted.

Unfortunately, the game is delayed until 2022, so we will have to wait a little longer; but given more time, this game may shape up to be the best TMNT game ever. Maybe another character will be added to join the fight against the Foot Clan, like Splinter or Casey Jones? Here’s the trailer below:
