During today’s Animal Crossing: New Horizons Direct a new, DLC costing ($24.99 USD) was unveiled for the game. With this reveal Nintendo announced the pricing of its Switch Online Plus Expansion Pack that will include the Animal Crossing Happy Home Paradise DLC at no additional cost. The cost is $49.99 (USD) for individual membership and $79.99 (USD) for a family subscription; for those wanting to upgrade from a current plan the cost will be prorated based on how much time the subscriber has been on the current subscription. So far we know that Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis games are coming with upgrade, with more to be revealed at a later date.

Notable features are:

• Suspend points
• Higher resolution on N64 games
• Local and online multiplayer
• More games will be added
• Included Animal Crossing DLC
