Nintendo announced via Twitter today the delay of Advance Wars 1+2: Re-boot Camp due to world events. In their post, they inform their followers to stay tuned for more information and a new release date.
The delay also allows Wayforward, the developer of the game, to polish and balance the game even further before the new release date.
With Ukraine being invaded by the Russian military, and Nintendo placing the eShop in maintenance mode in Russia, it is an extremely difficult time for Ukrainains, Russians, and others in the Eastern European region. With fears that the current war may lead to further conflicts, Nintendo seems to believe it wouldn’t be right to release the game at this point.
If any updates occur, we here at Boss Rush will bring you the latest news about it.
How do you feel about the delay? Let us know in the comments or on our Discord.
