The latest game in Monster Hunter series, Monster Hunter Stories 2 has received a new gameplay trailer. Unlike the standard Monster Hunter series of games, Monster Hunter Stories is a narrative-focused title, telling the story of a hero, his crew, and the relationship they have with the Rathalos (A flying Wyvern that has become the cover monster for the series).
The trailer shows of a few story scenes and some of the main characters that will be featured in Monster Hunter Stories 2. Additionally, this will be the second Monster Hunter game to release on PC with the first being Monster Hunter: Online. To go with the new trailer, Capcom announced a deluxe edition for the game that will come with a plethora of cosmetics and content to enhance your Monster hunting experience.
The following content is included with the deluxe version: Razewing layered armored sets, Nergigante-inspired hairstyle, Kuan Coat outfit for your Wyverian companion Ena, two new outfits for Navirou: Pukei-Pukei and Nergigante, and two sticker sets of your companions; but besides the content listed, those that pre-order the game for either Switch or PC will receive the Kamura maiden outfit for Ena. And exclusive to Switch owners will be extra clothing items that are unlocked through the use of the brand-new amiibo, releasing alongside the game: Ena, Razewing Ratha, and Tsukino, as well as daily bonuses for every time they are connected to the game. If you happen to have played the first game on Switch, there is another bonus costume unlocked through save data for the main character.

Monster Hunter Stories 2 will release for Switch and PC on July 9.
