It’s time to jump in. Believe it or not, November 15th marks a massive milestone for Microsoft–it will be the 20th anniversary of Xbox, and they are celebrating it with the announcement of a special edition wireless controller and headset for the occasion.
The 20th anniversary special edition controller is designed with nostalgia in mind, including a green Xbox button (much like the first green logo) with the same hue on the back grips and around the hybrid D-pad. Perhaps what is the most attractive feature is the see-through finish where you can see the inner workings of the controller. When you pair this bad boy with your Series X/S, you also get a unique, dynamic 20th anniversary background.
The special edition wireless headset is built similarly with a mix of translucent and bright green parts.
