Nintendo Bumps Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Up to a July 2022 Release

In a rare move seen in an industry laden with delays, Nintendo recently confirmed that Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will be launching sooner than anticipated–on July 29th, 2022. Nintendo initially announced Xenoblade Chronicles 3 earlier this year with a September 2022 release date.

In addition to an earlier release, Nintendo posted a new trailer filled with cut scenes and gameplay where you could join forces with up to seven characters.

But wait, there’s more! Shortly after the new trailer and updated release date dropped, Nintendo showcased a Special Edition that will be sold exclusively on the My Nintendo Store. There was no mention of when pre-orders would be made available. In the meantime, you can earn double My Nintendo Gold Points when you buy select Xenoblade Chronicle digital games now until 5/2 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
