The Crust To Release In Late 2024

2–3 minutes

Published by Crytivo and developed by VEOM Studio, The Crust is a simulation-strategy game set in space that is set to release later in 2024.

It revolves around a space expedition aimed at uncovering the hidden secrets of the moon and funding humanity’s new lunar habitat.

The game launched in March on Kickstarter and doubled its goal, raising over $200 thousand USD. This allowed them to unlock additional game modes, story lines, and even a combat system. All tiers sold out during the widely successful campaign.

The Crust is a factory-building-style game that offers a captivating combination of strategic decision-making, exploration, and automation as players face the challenges of space colonization.

Players must arrange scientific expeditions to uncover lunar secrets, trade with factions on Earth, and manage a diverse team of experts.

Elaborate automation and conveyor systems are key features of the gameplay that are responsible for most of the production and extraction that players will be able to utilize  to expand and build their settlement. Each decision impacts the fate of the colony and the future of Earth.

The game’s rich narrative, filled with moral dilemmas and convoluted plot twists, provides a compelling and emotionally engaging experience. Players are urged to make significant decisions that will ripple across the cosmos, shaping humanity’s future in space.

For more information, including updates on The Crust’s release, visit Venom Studio’s website or The Crust’s Steam Page.
