For everyone who has ever wanted to know how epic it feels to walk away from an explosion like the heroes of the 80’s action scene, this season of Dimension 20 is for you. Never Stop Blowing Up premieres on Dropout on June 26th with the first episode releasing on YouTube on July 3rd. The rest of the ten-episode season will only be available on Dropout.
Using a home-brew system inspired by Kids on Bikes, this season promises a fast-paced action punch of excitement. The trailer goes full throttle. Scenes flash by, giving us only glimpses of what’s to come, but Die Hard and Rambo references mixed with explosions, car chases, and a Jumanji twist.
A new collection of players gathers with Brennan Lee Mulligan (he/him) taking the helm once more. Going all out on costuming, Brennan is clearly getting into this season’s theme based on the trailer.
Ally Beardsley (they/them) who has often appeared on Dimension 20 and is part of the original player cast who helped launch the series will be playing as Russell Feeld (he/him) / Jennifer Drips (she/her).
Our new Um, Actually host, Ify Nwadiwe (he/him), is back at the Dimension 20 table as Wendell Morris (he/him) / Vic Ethanol (he/him). This will be his third season in the dome.
Isabella ‘Izzy’ Roland (she/her) is playing Paula Donvalson (nee Buocadifuoco) (she/her) / Jack Manhattan (he/him) in her latest appearance on the show. Rekha Shankar (she/her), who was part of the cast for The Seven alongside Izzy, will be playing as Usha Rao (she/her) / G13 (he/him).
Coming back for their second season, Alex Song-Xiao (they/them) is Liv Skyler (she/her) / Kingston (he/him) while Jacob Wysocki (he/him) appears in his first Dimension 20 season as Andy ‘Dang’ Litefoot (he/him) / Greg Stocks (he/him).
Anyone who has watched Dropout’s other content with these fantastic comedians knows we’re in for one of the most chaotic seasons yet. It’s a perfect match for the explosively of 80’s action classics.
