KIWIWALKS’ Witch Spring R will arrive on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on August 29, 2024. Witch Spring R is an RPG combining collection and crafting, simulation, and turn-based combat. Boss Rush Network’s Jou Lee Yang named it her game of the year for 2023.
“The game has some great turn-based combat,” Yang wrote, “and it felt like the MMORPG I was looking for that didn’t actually have the mass amount of players in a server. I could train her stats, hunt down materials to craft potions, and even subdue monsters to become her tames. It was a wonderful experience…”
The collector’s edition includes a figure of the protagonist, Pieberry; a concept and art book; the soundtrack; and a new costume DLC, the Silver Rose Set. Players who pre-order either the standard or collector’s edition will receive the Black Pearl Set costume for Pieberry.
KIWIWALKS announced that they are “committed to expanding the ‘WitchSpring’ universe.” An Xbox One version of Witch Spring R is in development, with the release date to be announced.
