Mario Kart 64 Joins the Nintendo Music App

N64 classic Mario Kart 64 has had its soundtrack added to the Nintendo Music App, as per an update by Nintendo.

The fan-favourite kart racer was developed and published by Nintendo, and released in 1996. The added soundtrack, composed by Kenta Nagata, consists of 32 new tracks for an hour of new music. Currently, the only playlist is the standard “Extended-Playback Collection” which loops certain tracks for longer listening.

Nintendo Music can be downloaded on Android and iOS devices. While the music can be listened to at no extra cost, the service does require an active Nintendo Switch Online membership to access.
