Nintendo has added a whopping 26 new soundtracks to the Nintendo Music App, entirely from the NES library. This comes via an update by Nintendo.
The added soundtracks (and listed length) are as follows:
- Balloon Fight (11 tracks, 3 minutes)
- Baseball (5 tracks, 1 minute)
- Clu Clu Land (8 tracks, 2 minutes)
- Devil World (7 tracks, 1 minute)
- Donkey Kong (11 tracks, 3 minutes)
- Donkey Kong Jr. (12 tracks, 4 minutes)
- Donkey Kong Jr. Math (8 tracks, 1 minute)
- Donkey Kong 3 (9 tracks, 2 minutes)
- Duck Hunt (10 tracks, 1 minute)
- Excitebike (6 tracks, 1 minute)
- F1 Race (4 tracks, 1 minute)
- Golf (10 tracks, 1 minute)
- Gomoku Narabe Renju (8 tracks, 1 minute)
- Gyromite (10 tracks, 7 minutes)
- Hogan’s Alley (11 tracks, 1 minute)
- Ice Climber (6 tracks, 1 minute)
- Mach Rider (10 tracks, 6 minutes)
- Mah-Jong (7 tracks, 1 minute)
- Mario Bros. (10 tracks, 1 minute)
- Pinball (2 tracks, 1 minute)
- Soccer (6 tracks, 3 minutes)
- Stack up (16 tracks, 7 minutes)
- Tennis (6 tracks, 1 minute)
- Urban Champion (11 tracks, 3 minutes)
- Wild Gunman (12 tracks, 1 minute)
- Wrecking Crew (6 tracks, 4 minutes)
The soundtracks combine for a total of 222 new tracks. Worth noting, most of these tracks are quite short, some only a few seconds long. Many soundtracks listed as being a minute long, are in fact much shorter.
Nintendo Music can be downloaded on Android and iOS devices. While the music can be listened to at no extra cost, the service does require an active Nintendo Switch Online membership to access.
