While every Nintendo fan has been talking about the next Pokémon game or the remake on Skyward Sword but one Nintendo game no one is talking about is DC Superhero Girls: Teen Power which Nintendo released an overview trailer for.
Based on the popular series of the same name, the game follows all your favourite superheroes like Wonder Woman, Batgirl and Supergirl. The Nintendo direct originally only mentioned three playable characters, but from this new overview trailer it also looks like you will be able to play as Harley Quinn, Catwoman and Star Sapphire.
Apart from having to save the world from super villains, the girls will be able to hang out with friends at Metropolis High, go shopping, taking pictures and much more fun stuff to do.
It will be an interesting to see how this game goes, and if it’s any good — as Nintendo rarely publishes bad games, but when they do, the bad games they do publish are rare. What is interesting is Nintendo hasn’t advertised this as much as their remake properties as this could be a good game for a market they have yet to fill.
DC Superhero Girls will release on June 4, 2021 for Nintendo Switch.
