Netflix has unveiled during its Geeked Week event that comedy icon Wayne Brady will be joining the cast of their hotly anticipated animated program The Cuphead Show!
Brady will be voicing one of the show’s main antagonists named King Dice, who is a deceitful henchman to the Devil.
The actor is a five time Emmy Award winner, and is best known for being a featured performer since 1998 on the hit improve show Whose Line is it Anyway? He has also hosted the gameshow Let’s Make a Deal since 2009.
Brady also delivered a special teaser on Netflix’s official “Geeked” Twitter account, which can be seen below.
The Cuphead Show! is based on the widely popular 2017 video game Cuphead: “Don’t Deal with the Devil.” The game is noteworthy for it’s challenging run and gun gameplay and its vintage hand drawn artstyle inspired by the classic Fleischer cartoons of the 1930s. Netflix first announced the animated show adaptation in July, 2019.
