Looting Now in 4K — Diablo 2: Resurrected Gets a Release Date

Blizzard has given Diablo 2: Resurrected a release date during E3. The company announced that looting will begin September 23 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch. Additionally, Blizzard said that if the hardware is capable, this game will be playable at 4K with Dolby Surround sound.

Blizzard also announced a multiplayer beta set for August, which will only be available for certain platforms, which are yet to be confirmed. The beta will include five of the seven classes, the classes are Amazon, Barbarian, Paladin, Sorceress, and Druid.

Blizzard has also announced a Diablo Prime Evil Collection which will include both Diablo 2 and Diablo 3 Eternal Collection with bonus cosmetics for Diablo 3.

Update (6/14/21): Diablo 2 Resurrected will be available also on the Nintendo Switch.
