A few weeks back, rumors swirled around leaked details for Atlus’ Shin Megami Tensei V that was accidentally uploaded on a Japanese website. The Nintendo Direct at E3 2021 has confirmed this leak, and the franchise’s sequel will arrive later this year. Keep in mind, this game was initially announced back in 2017.
The Nintendo Direct showcased the Shin Megami Tensi V trailer as well as demonstrated some gameplay mechanics during Nintendo Treehouse Live. Pre-order will be available June 21st and will be released November 12th.
Here are some Treehouse Live screenshots and a Youtube clip from Nintendo. It was a Japanese copy, and a commentator helped translate.
