Our Prefrontal PIs converge on Oblongata Station. Starting with Imelda Pulse and her new paramour, H.V. Lance, Mentopolis reunites Stacy Fakename, also known as Flight, with her sister, Fight. After the mad chase of last episode, Anastasia Tension confirms that Elias Hodge has completed his last impulse.
The cousins, Pulse and Tension, return to their wild shenanigans when reunited once more. Dodging the Max Medula, Pulse gets her key in, and they plan to use Flight to get Elias Hodge out of Gobstopper Industries and to the safety of his home.
Pressure bounces back and forth. As the constant threat of a panic attack and fainting hovers over the players’ heads, Pulse and Tension push forward with their plan. Dan Fucks, however, scrambles from the get-go, wondering if the payoff for their endeavor will be worth it. Without clear resolve and no idea where he landed with Don Avaricci, Fucks remains dangerous.

Self-Loathing comes with the White Key, attacking Anastasia Tension. Though Tension avoids the villain’s mind control, she loses Ivana’s key. In the chaos, Don Avaricci’s gangsters charge the station. Imelda and Dan flash them. Imelda distracts them while Dan gets shot.
Things go from bad to worse as Ivana comes after Hunch, revealing that Self-Loathing successfully took control of her. The hit sends Hunch out of the building. Conrad undoes this with his key, getting Elias Hodge away from his boss with a single, mighty punch.
Conrad pleads with Self-Loathing, gently acknowledging her utility while also recognizing the danger of her too. This stuns her, and with this, Conrad turns another enemy to an ally.
The Fix takes out Don Avaricci. With the gangsters pacified by Imelda and Dan, Anastasia Tension speaks directly to the big man, inspiring him to take the files to the newspapers.
Working together, the Prefrontal PIs get Elias Hodge the number of the woman from the coffee shop, getting him into a cab and away from Gobstopper Industries. A vital memory resurfaces. His sister hadn’t run away due to being upset. His sister defended him too.
Highlights
Siobhan Thompson thrilled as Imelda Pulse, keeping to her character’s reckless and impulsive nature from beginning to end. Alongside Danielle Radford’s Anastasia Tension, Pulse propelled the narrative forward while maintaining a fantastic repartee. They definitely put up a fight for the best pair of cousins in Dimension 20 history though I think many would argue the crown stays with the Lords of the Wing.
While Mike Trapp had numerous witty one-liners and Hank Green glowed with his fantastic facts, Danielle Radford’s courtroom speech won top monologue. Every character had a fantastic arc, even when they remained the same like Imelda, but Conrad Schintz coming into his own hung at the core, perfectly performed by the soft-spoken Alex Song-Xia. They played the childishly sweet and brow-beaten conscience.
Final Score (5 out of 5 Stars)
A perfect finale wrapped up every mystery with a wonderful bow! In perfect parallel to Elias’s big date, The Fix and Pasha N. reunited at Nostalgia’s Diner. The beauty of The Fix reunited Pasha N. with her brother at Madam Loathing’s.

Hank Green ends the show strongest with his proposal to Pasha N. and his resurrection of Ichabod. It is a beautiful ending to a fantastic mystery.
