Today marks the fifth anniversary for Genshin Impact, and to celebrate, HoYoverse is hosting two different events for travelers to receive rewards.
The first event is Tracing the Heart’s Journey. The event will go on until October 12, 2025 23:59:59 (UTC+8). Just like the previous years, this is a web event for travelers to relive their journey in Teyvat. As someone who joined this game back on September 29 of 2020, it’s a web event that is always near and dear to my heart. With this event, there are plenty of rewards for travelers to earn.
The event is set up as a journal for travelers to experience their journey with different statistics and accomplishments, each one having its own stream of bullet chats. By simply liking a chat message flying by, travelers can earn 30 primogems. Sending a comment on a page yourself will earn 10 Hero’s Wit. When travelers share the event, they are awarded 20,000 Mora, whereas if travelers publish a page of their journal, they receive five Sanctifying Unctions to upgrade their artifacts. Once travelers have viewed their entire journal, they will be awarded 150 Primogems.
It’s a heartwarming event that gives out rewards for travelers simply enjoying the experience.
The second event is the Genshin Impact Fifth Anniversary Celebration Event which will end October 8, 2025 23:59:59 (UTC+8). This is a simple event for travelers to participate in as well. Travelers need to post their Teyvat adventure annual summary in the Genshin Impact Fifth Anniversary Topic thread or in the comments below the event description page.
Ten percent of travelers who commented will receive a Blessing of the Welkin Moon which grants 90 Primogems every day for 30 days. The remaining 90% will receive 100,000 Mora. The top 6,000 posts that have the most likes underneath the Anniversary Topic thread will receive 100 primogems.
