On July 30, 2026, prepare to make a few doubletakes because Pocketpair is partnering with Bushiroad to give Palworld its own trading cards. It won’t be for collection only. It will also contain a familiar battle-style game.
From the Palworld website:
“This game is a 2-player competitive card game where you can enjoy strategic and tactical battles through deploying various unique Pals.
Players fight alongside their Pal companions, gathering resources, and building bases as they aim for victory. These adorable and dependable Pals will utilize their own unique traits to lead you to victory.” –Palworld
Palworld’s Pocketpair has already been challenged by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo for patent infringement. Stay tuned for details on game play. It will be important to know how they will differ from thePokémon Trading Card game.
