Sony’s State of Play highlighted three games coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The 18 minute showcase delivered some game play footage for Subnautica: Below Zero, Among Us, and a 15 minute deep dive into Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.

Subnautica: Below Zero is the sequel to the 2018 open world survival action-adventure, Subnautica, taking place one year after the original ending, where the original crew and your sister vanished. You are in search for answers and in order to survive, you have to build and craft tools and shelter to fight the harsh world and enemies you encounter. Will you be able to find the truth? Subnautica: Below Zero releases on May 14th for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. If you own Subnautica on PS4, you’ll get the PS5 upgrade for free. Watch the trailer below.

PlayStation also announced Among Us coming to PlayStation 4 and 5 with exclusive Ratchet & Clank skins. With the game being out on PC, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch, PlayStation owners finally get a chance to work as a team as they try to survive, revive, and guess who the culprit is among them that is destroying other teammates. Among Us will release sometime in 2021 on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. No word on cross-play at the moment, but you can check out the trailer below.

PlayStation ended the presentation by showing more of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. With actual gameplay captured from PlayStation 5, the feature revealed that Insomniac’s latest title displays some of the gorgeous visuals and depictions of the world Ratchet has arrived in. In this timeline, the evil antagonist Dr. Nefarious has become emperor and in the demo, Ratchet has to find his buddy Clank. A new character to the series named Rivet has Clank, and Ratchet sets out to rescue him. Watch the game play demo below to see the game in action.

Exciting isn’t it? Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart releases June 11.

With this short and informative State Of Play, the focus was heavily on Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, with the announcement that Subnautica: Below Zero and Among Us will soon grace PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
