The Future Games Show, put on by GamesRadar as part of E3 2021, gave us a look at exclusive footage from the recently announced remaster of Sonic Colors. Katie Golden, Senior Producer at SEGA of America introduced the segment that showed off the Tropical Resort stage from the game and Sonic speeding through the area in both 2D and 3D.

Sonic Colors Ultimate was first announced by SEGA during their Sonic Central presentation on May 27, 2021. In the game, Sonic is on a galactic adventure to shut down Doctor Eggman’s amusement park attractions and rescue members of an alien species, the Wisps. While the original game, released in 2010, was limited to Nintendo platforms, this time around Sonic Colors Ultimate is releasing on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on September 7, 2021.
