Mark your calendars, because DC FanDome is coming our way on October 16. The sophomore year for this fan-event will be streamed online and will give us a glimpse into the world of DC comics, movies, tv shows, and games over the next year. Expected to make an appearance is a new trailer for The Batman, starring Robert Pattinson; a first glimpse of Ezra Miller’s solo Flash film The Flash (and hopefully some footage of Michael Keaton’s long awaited return as Batman); a trailer for Jason Momoa’s Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom; more information about the upcoming superhero games The Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and Gotham Knights; a first look at new TV shows Batman: Caped Crusader and the kid-friendly Batwheels; and a look at the CW’s upcoming slate of superhero shows–among many other reveals.
It’s nice to see that they’ve consolidated this down into one action packed day instead of spreading it into two separate events. There are sure to be huge surprises, with the trailer for the event even showing footage of Henry Cavil flying through the skies as Superman. While they could just be showing footage from past DC efforts, they could also be teasing new announcements to come.
To watch the show live, tune in on October 16 at 10 a.m. PT and stream the show via the official FanDome website or via Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
What announcements are you hoping for? Let us know in the comments below, and stay tuned to Boss Rush for more information as the day approaches.
