Despite only focusing on the Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead franchises over the last decade, one game fans have been clamoring the company to return to is Bully. The semi-open world game takes place in a private school where players control Jimmy Hopkins performing tasks and taking on missions similar to it’s crime-riddled big brother.
Rockstar Games seems interested in taking a stab at a sequel, as a new report from industry insider Tom Henderson has suggested as much, and it’s reveal may be coming sooner than you think. Henderson states that “some people have been shown some material alluding to a reveal soon”, and some have even seen a “playable version” as recent as a few weeks ago and was ready for a potential Game Awards announcement.
Bully originally came out on the PlayStation 2 on October 17, 2006 and released on Xbox 360 and the Nintendo Wii on March 4, 2008 as Bully: Scholarship Edition. Would you play a sequel and do you think there is potential one?
