If you haven’t had a chance to grab Grand Theft Auto V at its discounted price, your time is running out!
Grand Theft Auto V has had quite a ride since its release all the way back in 2013 for PS3 and Xbox 360, eventually coming full circle with next-gen releases for PS5 and Xbox Series consoles. When it arrived on next-gen this past March 15th, PS5 owners were able to snag the Premium Edition of the title for $14.99 USD (50% off of regular price) on the PlayStation Store. Those savings end on June 9th.
The Premium Edition of Grand Theft Auto V comes packed in with the main GTA V game as well as the megapopular GTA Online and the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack with it. GTA Online is currently a limited free title for PS5 owners (claimable via PlayStation Plus) ending on June 14th and will be sold separately at $14.99 USD afterward.
GTA V has won a large assortment of awards since its release including “Most Anticipated Game” at the 2012 Spike Video Game Awards, “Game of the Year” at the 2013 Golden Joystick Awards, and numerous GOTY nominations in 2014 (the Game Developers Choice Awards, the D.I.C.E. Awards, and the BAFTA Game Awards). In 2019 GTA Online would go to win the “Best Game Expansion” award at the Golden Joystick Awards. If you haven’t experienced the massively expansive GTA V yet, don’t miss out on this opportunity!
