For all the middle age gamers whose backs are hurting right now (myself included) as they read this know the impact Goldeneye 007 had on modern first person shooters today, as well as multiplayer in general. If you’ve dived into the remastered versions of the game on your Nintendo Switch or the Xbox One and X/S, you’ll find the game is faithfully recreated like you remember it.
What’s also made it are all the cheats that will “enhance” your gameplay (for better or worse), and for those that remember logging in hours in this game when it was out on the Nintendo 64, you’ll know how challenging it can be to not only remember all of them, but to obtain them through gameplay.
