The official Disney Parks Twitter account announced on April 12 that the unofficial mascot of EPCOT, Figment, will be joining the lineup of playable characters in Disney Speedstorm.
Disney Speedstorm will launch into early access on April 18.
In partnership with Gameloft, Disney is bringing their infamous magic touch to the classic racing game format.
“We’re eager for fans to start their engines by joining us on the Disney Speedstorm racetracks throughout Early Access and battle each other as iconic racers on stunning tracks inspired by Disney and Pixar films,” said Aska Suzuki, Game Manager at Gameloft. “We can’t wait to hear our community’s feedback and to work together to create a game that is reactive to the needs and wants of the players as we plan to offer a constantly evolving racing experience.”

Disney Speedstorm will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, X-Box One, X-Box Series X|S, Steam, and Epic Games.
