The final installment of the epic length Coriolis – The Third Horizon campaign trilogy, Mercy of the Icons, is planned for release on June 7.
Available via Free League Publishing, Wake of the Icons is open for preorder; purchasing via its webstore gives immediate access to the PDF ahead of official release. The campaign is written by Rickard Antroia.
Coriolis – The Third Horizon is a science-fiction role-playing game. A cluster of star systems known as the Third Horizon is embroiled in conflict, populated by interstellar civilizations young and old. Players take up roles on a starship and explore, play political games, and encounter strange alien forces. Coriolis – The Third Horizon RPG was awarded the ENnies Judges’ Spotlight 2017.
Coriolois: Wake of the Icons is 200 pages in length, and lavishly illustrated. The artwork is by Gustaf Ekelund and Martin Grip. The rules are based on Free League Publishing’s signature Year Zero Engine, used in ALIEN RPG, Blade Running RPG, and Vaesen – Nordic Horror Roleplaying.
The final installment of Mercy of the Icons includes: extensive background information, three scenarios for everyone to play through, a metagame in which fleet movements and battles can be directed, and an extensive appendix of ship types.
