Want some badass pulp heroines for your tabletop games? There’s a Kickstarter for that…and it’s so far beyond funded that there’s nothing to lose by backing this project.
Pulp Heroines – Badass Femme Adventurers for TTRPG was launched by Bad Sqiddo Games, a UK-based maker of high-quality female miniatures “dressed as the miniature may choose to dress herself.” Company owner Annie Norman works with a large community of talented creators to bring these minis to life, and the Pulp Heroines set is the latest offering.
The Kickstarter opened with a modest funding goal of $254 USD, but has blasted past that to accrue nearly 20 times that ($5,031 USD at the time of writing). Backers can pre-order a set of six 1920s-styled figures, perfect for pulp campaigns, for £26 GBP (about $33 USD). This same set of six will be available for £30 GBP (about $38 USD) after the campaign, so purchasing now will net you a bit of a savings. Plus, backers can opt for a “pick ‘n’ mix” purchase, choosing their favorite heroines for £6 GBP (about $8) each. This option will not be available after the campaign.
Add-ons for backers include a two-piece Pulp Explorers set and the “Bad Squiddo Thrashing Set”—a combination of giant squid tentacles and shipwreck pieces.

All figures are unpainted. The Pulp Heroines and Pulp Explorers are cast in white metal, and the Bad Squiddo Thrashing Set is cast in multipart resin.
