Mobile Game Service Now Available from Netflix

Recently Netflix unveiled its gaming service to the world and it will be coming to over 190 countries, including North America. It will be available on November 3, 2021 from the Netflix mobile application, as well as the Google Play store for Android devices, then will arrive later to iOS. To play these games the user must have a mobile device or tablet because the games utilize touch controls only. Also, Netflix has said that no microtransactions, ads, or additional fees will be tacked on to the subscription.

So far these are the games that have been revealed:

  • Stranger Things: 1984
  • Stranger Things 3: The Game
  • Shooting Hoops
  • Card Blast
  • Teeter Up

This is just a start for Netflix as they will continue to build up its library for more diversity to meet everyones tastes and play styles. Also to note is that these games are not available on kids’ profiles to prevent them from accessing adult content. Regular profiles can use the PIN option to prevent access if needed.

Are you a current Netflix subscriber? Will you try these games out or are you not interested in mobile gaming? Are you excited for the possibility of more exciting games and experiences to come to the platform? What are your feelings on this matter?
