Today is the second anniversary of the launch of Disney Plus, the streaming service from the House of Mouse that brings together the worlds of Disney animation and live action, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic. In celebration of the big day, Disney announced a Disney Plus Day, where they will be announcing several new projects and showing off first looks at previously announced projects throughout the day.
One of the first announcements of the day is the first look at Bette Middler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimi reprising their roles as the Sanderson Sisters in the highly anticipated sequel Hocus Pocus 2. The long-rumored and highly requested sequel has also added a ton of stars to the cast, including Hannah Waddingham (from Ted Lasso!), Tony Hale, and Doug Jones, reprising his role as Billy Butcherson from the first film.
