Earlier this year, Batman: Arkham Asylum developer Rocksteady released a beautiful cinematic trailer for their latest game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. It was a great tone piece for the game, but what players really wanted was a gameplay trailer to show what the team would be doing solo or with friends.
This December at The Game Awards, WB Games and Rocksteady finally gave players what they were looking for. The trailer showed off stylish gameplay from Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, and King Shark battling their way through enemies. A possessed version of The Flash also shows up to toy with the anti-heroes, being mind controlled by Brainiac, who’s machines can be seen scattered throughout the trailer as well.
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League looks to be another great title in Rocksteady’s already stellar portfolio. The game is set to release sometime in 2022. Are you excited to smash some badder bads with Harley’s hammer? Let us know in our Discord or Facebook group!
