June 1st, 2022–a new trailer for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet dropped some major information for Poke-fans around the world.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will release November 18th, 2022 with the promise of familiar game mechanics without the linearity seen in past titles. The trailers showcased old and new Pokemon alike that trainers can battle and capture. One new arrival has already stolen the hearts of Twitter: Lechonk, a rotund pig-like Pokemon!
In addition to the open-world nature of the game, the trailer reveals different professors for Scarlet and Violet, a multi-player mode where you can explore the areas with up to four friends, a trading aspect, and two new legendary Pokemon that will grace the covers of these games: Koraidon and Miraidon.
