Which Farming Sim Has the Cutest Cows?

Happy Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life release day! Hopefully by the time you read this I am already happily revisiting the Forgotten Valley.

Over the past two decades, I’ve played quite a few farming sims and they are honestly some of my favorite games. And in those two decades, designs have changed a lot for various pieces.

In Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life, the designers went away from the cows their franchise is known for and stayed true to the art of the original.

Noting this change, I got to thinking. Which Farming Sim has the cutest cows? I found five contenders from popular farming sims. Let’s see our competitors.

One thing I loved about going on this search was taking the time to admire the different art styles that all five have. Here are our contenders for cutest cows.

Stardew Valley

Arguably the most popular farming sim out there, there’s a charm to these cows. A more realistic take in the game’s pixelated art style, they make me grin.

My Time At Portia

Probably the most realistic looking cow out of the ones I looked at for this article, there is a certain charm to the animal. One thing I appreciate here is the shape of the head.

Coral Island

In case you can’t tell, I’m a sucker for the round adorable farming sim cow. I love that Coral Isalnd put their own twist on it.

Story of Seasons

To me, Story of Seasons has the cutest cow. I love how round and adorable it is from one end to the other.
