Nintendo released a new overview trailer for Pikmin 4. This trailer is packed full of information and is scheduled to be released on July 21st, 2023.

Pikmin 4 – Nintendo

New Pikmin, new areas to explore, and a new dog like creature named Oatchi are all shown to pique your interest. You must seek out treasures to extract an energy source which helps repair your ship to expand your map, this will help you rescue castaways. By rescuing these castaways, you will unlock new activities and side missions. You can train Oatchi new skills and craft new items and equipment as well.

Prepare for Dandori Battles by strategically commanding Pikmin and Oatchi. Collect more items to beat the opponent and save the castaway. Two player battles can also take place. Also new glow Pikmin have been introduced in night time expeditions and the player will need to collect sap energy and take out the opposing competition. Plenty of new and unusual content is here with much more to unearth.
