The boss of the Gerudo Sanctum, Mogryph, may look a little silly with his sunglasses, but the fight can get a little chaotic. If you need a little assistance taking this flying…mole down, look no further!
Mogryph’s attacks include swiping a wave of sand and charging in your direction.
Run, twirl, and maneuver away from the and wave.
When he prepares to charge, utilize the existing statue or summon a statue echo so he rams into them. Ramming into a statue will cause him to plow headfirst into the sand.
Wail on Mogryph with Swordfighter mode!
Phase two is similar, but with some environmental challenges. The room floods with quicksand, limiting you to four squares of sand. Throughout the boss battle, mounds of sand will appear, and you can blow them away to recover crystals for Swordfighter Mode.
Continue to avoid his attacks, which includes tornadoes that Mogryph summons in phase two. As long as you keep moving, you should be able to avoid getting hit.
Continue to utilize statues to cause Mogryph to collide and fall.
After a few more hits, Mogryph is down for the count.
